Buying and Gifting from a Helios Store

Each community's Helios Store belongs to that community. Check the store name, product, game server, price, and recipient before you pay. A successful payment and an in-game claim can be separate steps.

Buy a one-time product

1. Open the community's store and sign in with the Discord account linked to your Rust player.
2. Choose a product and any available size or bundle option.
3. Check which game server will deliver the reward. If gifting is offered, choose the recipient before checkout.
4. Review the total, apply an eligible discount code or store gift card, then continue to secure checkout.
5. After payment confirmation, check the storefront's Account page and your Helios /bag for rewards waiting to be claimed.

Some rewards, such as Discord roles, arrive automatically. Kits and Rust items may wait in /bag until the player redeems them. If the purchase is still processing, wait for the order status to update before trying to buy it again.

Buy a subscription or fixed-term gift

A subscription product opens its own checkout; it cannot share a cart with one-time products. The review screen shows the first payment and, for a renewing subscription, the future renewal amount. An automatic sale may change one or both amounts depending on the store's offer. A store gift card can lower the first payment only; later renewals use the saved payment method.

Some products offer fixed-term access instead of automatic renewal. Read the checkout label carefully: fixed-term access ends after the shown period and does not renew by itself.

If Buy as a gift is available, choose another member of that Discord community who has linked their Rust account. The recipient gets the access and rewards; the purchaser pays. You cannot gift it to yourself or to a player who already has overlapping access to that product.

After checkout

Use the storefront's Account page to review your purchases and manage subscriptions you bought. For a recurring subscription, you can cancel or resume renewal there. A cancelled subscription can remain active through its paid period; check the date shown in your account.

If checkout was cancelled or timed out, check Account before starting another payment. If money was taken but the order is missing, keep the payment reference and contact the store owner or Helios support. Do not share your full payment-card details in Discord.

Helios Premium credit is different from a community store gift card. Premium credit can cover eligible Helios Premium and Store Pro bills, but it does not pay for community store products. See Premium Credit.
