/events settings

Admin reference for /events settings in Helios.

Overview 🚀

Use this page toevent feeds for your server like Alerts when heli is taken, or when cargo comes out. Configure for in game alerts and or in Discord Feeds.

Setup Flow ✅

  1. Run /events for the target server.
  2. Click to turn on / off In game event messages.
  3. Click Discord Feed to setup in discord event feeds
  4. Click Feed to enter custom messages for events

3. Click Discord Feed & choose the channel to setup the event Discord feed

Custom in-game event feeds

  • All Feed Key Options are in the /events panel
  • Feed Key Options:
    • cargo_ship
    • attack_heli
    • chinook
    • airdrop
    • bradley
    • brad_watcher
    • heli_watcher
  • Click the Blue Feed Button to edit the feed
    • Enter the Feed Key fopr the event you want to edit
    • Next enter the actual announcement you want for that event
    • Lastly, Click Submit

Requirements 📌

  • Helios bot connected to at least one server in this guild.
  • Discord permissions to run admin commands for this category.
  • Correct server selected when the command supports server:.

Notes 📝

  • Most admin commands require Manage Server (ManageGuild).
  • Panel-based commands are user-scoped; each admin should open their own panel session.
